Reiki healing is a holistic and non-invasive energy therapy that originated in Japan. Rooted in the belief that an unseen life force energy flows through all living beings, Reiki practitioners use gentle touch or hands hovering just above the body to channel this energy. The aim is to remove blockages, balance the body's energy centers (chakras), and promote a sense of relaxation and well-being. Clients often report reduced stress, increased vitality, and a profound sense of peace after a Reiki session. It is a gentle yet powerful practice that addresses the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, supporting overall health and healing.

Everyone always asks me what got me into this field. The simple answer is it was my combination of interest for health and wellness, helping others, and experiencing my own health issues.
